I’m Joshua, a Malaysia-based operator working across fintech, govtech, and digital infrastructure. I spend most of my time at the intersection of policy constraints, user needs, and practical product execution.

I care about shipping systems that are useful in the real world: tools that citizens can trust, products that teams can sustain, and platforms that can scale without losing clarity.

My day-to-day work spans product strategy, UX decisions, and technical implementation. I’m hands-on with Node.js, Cloudflare Workers/Pages, Python workflows, and analytics dashboards when needed.

I’m especially interested in payment rails, public digital services, SME-focused software, and secure AI deployment for organisations that need locality and control.

At a high level, I optimize for clean execution: define the problem clearly, reduce complexity, ship in increments, and measure what changes behavior.
